The public
must be ready to speak at the start of the session;
if no one is there to
speak, the meeting is then adjourned.
During PUBLIC COMMENT
meetings, the public may address
the County Commissioners
on any County related issue.
Comments are limited
to 3 minutes per speaker;
a timer is used and
this limit is upheld.
Your may want
to put your comments in writing
beforehand,
if so please bring 5 copies: one for each Commissioner,
one for the press, one for us !
Thank you for your interest in
speaking. The more new faces
and new points presented the better.
If you are not ready to
speak, consider
attending anyway. Your quiet attendance
in support of those who do
speak is appreciated by those
speakers and is noted
by our Commissioners.
Correspondence and public comments will be made public
record.
